Father's Day

JUNE 15, 2008 ~ Today is Father's Day and it is the 1st one for Jonathan being a father of 2!!! Brayden and Jaryn are very lucky to have a great dad that loves them both very much!! We spent the quiet day playing outside in the water.

"It's OK Jaryn, Mommy's coming, don't cry she's coming, see here she comes...Mommy I watched Jaryn for you". 08/16/08

Jaryn was screaming because it was time for Tylenol after he got 4 shots. When I looked over at Brayden he was crying too, so I asked him what was wrong and he said, "I'm mad because Jaryn got shots and his legs hurt, it makes me sad that he's crying" My heart melted, my eyes started to tear up and Jonathan rolled his eyes saying, "Oh my gosh, he's just like you". 8/27/08

We got a new jeep yesterday and had to haul the kids to Denver to get it. When we told Brayden what we were doing he said, "are we going to put it in the truck"? We had to explain that the new big jeep won't fit in the trunk, then he was quick to resolve this new issue by saying that him and Daddy will drive the jeep home and Mommy can drive the car home with Jaryn. 10/14/08
