12/08/09 ~ We just so happened to be vising the mall today and realized that it was the day that Sarah Palin was going to be doing a book signing at Borders. We just randomly jumped in the 'over flow line' (we didn't get tickets) at just the idea we might be able to see her. It worked out well for the kids for about an hour because there was a massive play area right next to the line. Once it started getting late, my mom came and got the boys while we stayed in line. We ended up standing in line for 6 hours and were able to get 4 books signed by Sarah. Even earlier in the night her mom came out and signed some books for us also. If anything, it was a lot of fun!! Jonathan and I got to act like we were crazy teenagers in line for front row tickets to see our favorite band (not to mention the high scores we made on all our cell phone games).
