5 Month Update

09/20/08 ~ Well Jaryn turned 5 months today!! Jaryn didn't have a 5 month appointment scheduled with the Pediatrician, but he did have his 1st sick check up on 9/11/08. He got his 1st little cold that seemed to start with Brayden's nose, spread to my and Jonathan's throat, then to Jaryn's sweet baby cough. Jaryn is also starting to show his 1st signs of asthma by wheezing and snoring at night just like his brother started out. At that appointment he weighed in at 16lbs 2 1/2oz. Looks like the cereal is plumping him up nice. He's now eating 2 full bowls, one in the morning and one in the evening. He's actually starting to seem like that's still not enough so I'll be adding a lunch feeding in there soon. Jaryn is very independent but likes constant company to entertain him and Brayden is still an excellent form of that entertainment. Jaryn will just lay on the floor and watch Brayden play with his toys for a good while. Jaryn has also been enjoying a new chair, his highchair. It's given him a different place to play and it allows him to watch us while we're eating or in the kitchen. I'll soon be taking Jaryn and Brayden in to have more professional pictures done. In the mean time, here are some from the house.
