Our Quick and Painless Trip to San Antonio

03/26/10 ~ We decided on Thursday morning that we were going to take a quick trip to San Antonio the following day. Besides it being Spring Break, Jonathan also sold his work trailer and bought a new one from Georgia. Then, Jonathan's parents drove it to us from Georgia to San Antonio. The car ride was supposed to be a quick 14 hour drive there and back but ended up being 16 going and 18 coming home. That's even with Jonathan getting a speeding ticket, imagine how long it would of taken if we drove the speed limit :) (especially in Texas). We got in late Friday night to Keerville, TX and then got up early Saturday morning and went to Sea World. We had a great time and were even able to squeeze in a quick trip to my old house where I lived that my parents designed and built in the mid 90's. After a long day at Sea World we ended it with dinner at the Longhorn Cafe, then back to the hotel where we all crashed about 8pm. We got up early the next day and ventured on our long 18 hour drive (with a trailer), stopped and saw Cadillac Ranch in Amarillo, TX then finally arrived home at 3am. Needless to say, I let the kids sleep in and skip school the next day. Here are some of the pictures from our quick and painless trip to San Antonio.

I went to go get drinks and this is Jonathan trying to take a pic of both boys, on a ledge and without anyone falling in the flamingo water.

This is Brayden smiling and trying to tell me that Jaryn is getting him soaked at the same time.

The great picture from the ride. Jaryn is behind my hair.

Next, B and me having our turn on the coaster, see us?
